Refund policy

Eligibility

Due to the handcrafted and unique nature of stone products, returns are accepted only in these cases:

• Product arrives damaged

• Incorrect product delivered

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unpacking photos/videos as proof.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

• Customized or made-to-order items

• Natural variations in stone color, texture or pattern

• Minor imperfections that do not affect functionality

Replacements / Refunds

After inspection and approval of the claim, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect depending on the payment method.
